If you ever have wondered what it would be like to start out in a new place...I'll sum it up for you real quick.
Number 1-Never move into a complex that has affordable rent, when you know that is shouldn't be because it is at prime location on the beach. When you do, this means that every other Crackhead, Dick, and Crazy can afford it as well...you are not finding a deal...you are getting what everyone else does not want.
