Recipe: Grama Joans Marinara and meatballs

Meat Balls
*preheat oven to 350 degrees*
1 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
2 slices of Italian Bread (soak in warm water and then squeeze)
salt/pepper
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 cup grated parmesian cheese
3 cloves minced garlic

(mix above ingredients together in bowl)
Marinara Sauce
" the easy way"
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
3 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 diced onion
salt pork chunck
(saute above ingredients till onions are transparent)
then add
1 Jar of Ragu Traditional Sauce
1 Jar "Red Pack" crushed tomatoes
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Fennel Seeds
1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar
(simmer for 20 minutes over medium heat. DO NOT allow to boil)
