A lot has taken place over the last couple months.

...I'll update with pics in quick review.

Recipe: Grama Joans Marinara and meatballs

Meat Balls

*preheat oven to 350 degrees*

1 lb. ground beef

2 eggs

2 slices of Italian Bread (soak in warm water and then squeeze)

salt/pepper

1/2 tsp. dried parsley

1/2 cup grated parmesian cheese

3 cloves minced garlic

(mix above ingredients together in bowl)

Marinara Sauce

" the easy way"

2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

3 cloves crushed garlic

1/2 diced onion

salt pork chunck

(saute above ingredients till onions are transparent)

then add

1 Jar of Ragu Traditional Sauce

1 Jar "Red Pack" crushed tomatoes

2 Tbsp. Sugar

1/4 tsp. Fennel Seeds

1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning

1/2 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar

(simmer for 20 minutes over medium heat. DO NOT allow to boil)

sorry i havnt added more pictures. The problem is that both USB cords that I had a month and a half ago have come up missing. SO there is no way to upload the pic's on my camera. I have also lost the battery charger plug and now have no way to charge the battery....so-that is y there are no recent pics and of course no updates....keep up with me through facebook...untill i find those two items we'll be stuck for a while....busy, will catch up in a couple weeks, later
